On the 17th of march 2023 at 16:28 My neighbour at number 7 semele close. House opposite mine and on the corner/end with the 2 white vehicles have been caught on my cctv dumping rubbish/mattresses down beside my building. I have already complained numerous times to housing association about this problem and I'm not getting anywhere. I am disabled and do not need this trouble nore does my health. Last time it was all against my bedroom window and on my parking space which I couldn't use to to the mess. Also a problem with fermine. I have cctv which has been there for 2 years and can produce more evidence if needed. My address is 11 semele close keynsham. Bs31 2th . Thank you
