This problem was reported in August 2022 and the response was "We've looked into this report and decided the issue doesn't need immediate attention."
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4337306.
These drains have been blocked for over four years and have not been attended to. A road sweeper just brushes road material into the drain and does not remove it. The consequences are that water traverses the road rather than being picked up in the drains. The sub base of the road is damaged as could be seen if the problem is seen by walking rather than just driving about. Nothing has been done in the past 8 months. When does it become immediate attention?
