Bollard uprooted outside the white house at the marked location at whitley batts

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4338755.

The bollard which is positioned on the layby was uprooted by a heavy goods vehicle some 10 days ago and needs to be reinstated.
