Large amount of rubbish left by local homeless

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4340288.

Various members of street community have been sleeping in local authority area between Podium Car Park and Cattlemarket Car Park. There is a build up of rubbish, clothing, cardboard and glass. Usually needles present if we attempt to remove the waste.
