Spring in field discharging water through hedge onto road.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4342560.

The culvert or gully beneath the road which should convey the water to the river is apparently blocked so that water floods on to the road after rainfall. In cold weather this freezes & damages the road surface. Clearance required.
