Overgrown hedge outside 8 Oaklands / corner of Winterfield Park

This hedge is overgrowing into private property, and is also causing a visibility issue when coming out of the Oaklands junction, as you can't see approaching vehicles from Winterfield Park. Please could you trim back this hedge, or maybe look into removing this and implementing a pavement instead?
