Street lights are out in the whole of Edgeworth Road, amberside Road and the rest of the street.

  • We have attended today and restored power to column 9, 10 and 11. Column 6, 7 and 8 are not working due to suspected underground cable damage and we shall now be looking into this further and raising the necessary order for repair. We shall add further information here when available.

  • Street lights still not working on Edgeworth Road. Now been off for more than a week. Also street light at junction of Ambleside Road, Georgian View and Kingsway still not working. It was reported by you that it was repaired in February, but still not working.

  • Our contractors have been instructed to carry out the necessary cable repair in Edgeworth Road and we await a confirmed date for this work to take place . The light at Ambleside Road has also been affected by cable damage and we anticipate will be repaired at the same time.

    We shall add further information here when known.
