Investigating
21 St Francis road
Reported via mobile in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 19:25, Wed 22 March 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4347422.
This footpath has half of its surface area covered by a thorny holly bush from the ground upwards, the other side of the path is mud and some grass, the bush is growing out of the adjacent property 21 St Francis road, and this obstacle presents a danger to pedestrians with or without small children, pushchair users and wheelchair users, the elderly the disabled, and dog walkers.I know this has been a problem for a while but I have decided to contact you because this morning after I squeezed past with my dog to avoid the mud on one side and thorns on the other I twisted my ankle and realised that this is a real danger!
