Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4348828.

The manhole cover on the corner has raised quite significantly and is dangerous as well as the numerous drains that are blocked along Harts Lane

  • Multiple drains have become completely choked with mud and debris, meaning that rainwater (and overflow from a nearby pond) isn't able to flow away.
