Planters vandalised again

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4349591.

Planters vandalised again - moved down the road. Number plate wedged beneath one of them (from a green landrover). I'm not a detective but this might just be a clue as to the identity of the culprit vehicle.
