Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4356507.

This pole hole is on a crossing and on Friday I was walker across it and put my foot in the pole hole and turn my ankle over and want down onto the road. I was help up by two people. This crossing is use by lots of older people and is very busy. The crossing is on the corner Shaftesbury Road just before the turning into Moorland Road .
