Un-taxed vehicle been dumped for weeks

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4357021.

This vehicle has been dumped in the car park outside of 13 drake avenue for weeks possibly months , hasn't moved and isn't taxed , this has been report before and yet nothing has been done
