Large amount of food business rubbish located at the back of the flats near Cleveland cottage
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4360573.
This rubbish has been here for over a month and is resulting in the bins from the flats not being taken, they are also using the flats bins. The rubbish is being piled on top of all the bins so no one can use them. It’s resulting in a build up of rubbish as it’s preventing the bins from being emptied. There is a rat infestation risk around this area.

Absolutely impossible to walk through here to get home!!! This area behind Cleveland Reach is a constant problem with flytipping and business waste. Needs to be sorted ASAP and warnings issued to residents in the flats of Cleveland Place East and basement units. Corner of Cleveland Reach is also a constant issue with bins being left out all week and rubbish disposed haphazardly to fly down the street and block entrances.
