Beaufort Place cherry tree root on pavement

I had a bad fall 12 days ago - smashed my knee! the concrete covering the tree root on the pavement has a hard ridge so my boot caught it when walking. Please can you make it more visible and smooth the hard edge before someone else falls. I have been going back and forth to hospital.
