Blocked drain
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 11:00, Monday 27 March 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4363039.
As you can see Fosse Lane has been closed for drainage works. The sign at the foot of the lane says '20th March for 5 days'. It is now 27th. A gully has been dug for drainage higher up Fosse Lane, but as you can see, water is still spilling into the road lower down because the drain behind the sign in the photo is full of gravel. It would be useful to remind residents who back on to Fosse Lane not to tip soil and garden waste into the gully.

This drain is still full outside the Fosse, Fosse Lane. It is overflowing with water. Blocked with gravel that has travelled down the hill from the works done on the upper part of Fosse lane last week.
