Non Compliant Works on the Highway

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4366193.

These works were in an awful state over the weekend with barriers flat etc, etc Today a contractor has attended and rectified the barriers however:- 1. No advanced warning of the works in either direction. 2, Inadequate cone taper 3. No lights

Clearly training is required and action taken against the contractor.
