Build up of dangerous waste underneath the bridge

Underneath Newbridge bridge there is a build up of waste with potentially dangerous objects in there. There has been some bits there for a while but it's got particularly bad recently. Worried about rat problems.

    I also reported this problem several weeks ago and was told that this was not Council land. The structure itself is surely Council responsibility, the road it is being dumped from is Council property, the river bank is publicly accessible also. It is not accessible from the adjacent campsite / caravan park / marina,

    The path is very heavily used. This terrible mess portrays the Council in a really poor light.

    The Council needs to take action to get it cleared up. Either itself or by whoever the landowner is.

    Please, we need action to clear this terrible mess up.
