Horse waste left outside property on Ashley Road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4368623.

Resident called and wished to report that horses come down his lane and always leave the road covered in their waste. He had spent two hours trying to clean this up as it happens frequently.
