I'd like to report a small container of oil that has been left on a grass verge on Moorfields Road, near Dorset House flats. I have tried various avenues to contact someone about this but have been unable to speak to anyone. The recent rain means the container is close to overflowing. It urgently needs to be disposed of. I have attached a photo.
