Tree overhanging private property- 63 Locksbrook Road

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 16:32, Tue 28 March 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4369394.

A large tree outside 63 Locksbrook Road is overhanging the property and the drive. The roots are also coming out of the ground and looks dangerous. The tree has been hit by cars/ trucks and that has made the situation worse- branches often fall off onto the drive/ their cars and it no longer seems stable

  • We're still waiting for an inspection and response to this issue. The tree is the resposibility of the council. The over hanging branches present a danger in high and winds. And the roots are damaging the driveway which we would like to upgrade.
