Abandoned motorised vehicle in the playing fields

As you can see in the photo there is a broken motorised vehicle - quad bike looking thing - abandoned on the Lansdown playing field South, it is close to the park and ride gated entrance at the far end away from the bus drop off point. This is a hazard to all park users
