Thick mud deposits obstructing footway

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 26 minutes later. Council ref: 4370992.

A heavy vehicle has mounted the kerb at location and forced mud from the verge onto the footway. The mud totally covers the footway and is very thick. It is forcing pedestrians into the roadway which is not a great option given the speed of vehicles at this location.
