Bus operators not acting responsibly

Bus operators are using this bus stop to swap their vehicles and conduct their breaks. This causes issues for residents when being able to park as the buses are not only taking up the space of the bus stop but are also using the spaces in front of residents' houses and also the visitor bays. Maintenance has also been taking place on their buses and they also leave cigarette litter at the bus stop when concluding their break. I have lived on this estate for the past 6 years and this has not been an issue previously, however, over the last few months, the issue has been getting progressively worse. I have contacted the operators to refrain from the issues raised but they have stated that the timetables are set by the council. Which seems to start and end at Beecham Place (again this has only been the case recently) and their engines running for long periods of time whilst at the bus stop is not only disrupting it is also not good for the environment.
