Blocked drain West Harptree Rd, opposite Townsend.

Drain has been blocked since October last year, and reported in February, and again last week but that report has not been acknowledged. The puddle becomes extensive and forces traffic into oncoming cars on a bend. When vehicles hit this at speed, which they often do, the bow wave comes over the wall and fence. Both of which are now water damaged as a result. The problem is exacerbated because drains down the hill from the village are also blocked. See other people's reports nearby.
