Block rain water drain

At the southern end of Rosslyn road, where it joins with the Upper Bristol Road, the rainwater drains are fully blocked on the eastern side and partially blocked on the western side. When it rains the water flowing down the gutters of Rosslyn road just continues on to Lower Bristol Road. The issue has been present several weeks.
