Overhanging vegetation at 65 Moorfields Road

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category by Jess David at 12:03, Thu 30 March 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4376662.

Hi there this problem was reported in November 2022, and we received an update to say that the council has asked the property owner to taker action. So far this has not happened. The hedge is growing over to the footway. Please can you follow this up to ensure this is cut back?

The last update was:

"The vegetation here does not belong to the Council, but we have asked the responsible party to take action. We are closing this report, but will check that the work has been done within the appropriate timescale and take further action if needed."
