Bush has grown and now blocks my exit view on to the road

At the end of The exit drive from the rear of my property where I keep my car there is a bush on council land which has grown significantly and has not been pruned for some years. It now blocks my view as I exit on to Cavendish Rd and this is not safe. Can the Council please prune the bush so that my view is restored. The bush is at the top of the common as you drive up Cavendish Rd . Thank you
