Resident called to report that Park Road has not had the grass cut or the hedges trimmed in nearly 3 years, and would like this scheduled

Clarification from resident, there are no overgrown hedges, it is the pavements that have overgrown greenery bursting through them. Weeds and grass and such. All along park road, Fox Combe, Kennington Road and Wariwck Road.
