Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4378127.

The small tree has been dead for a while with branches fallen off in bad weather. The 2nd tree is looking sick too, maybe they could be removed so the larger Rowan tree is not affected. Although the large tree could do with a prune!!
