Weekly fly tipping - pavement Russell Street, hazard for pedestrians

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4379663.

If the pile of unbroken down cardboard boxes and various other items fly tipped on the pavement of Russell Street please be removed as a hazard for pedestrians. Could the people concerned (address on the boxes?) please be informed of the correct procedure to dispose of recycling. Thanks.
