Works connected with building new homes nor being safely or properly managed

Reported via mobile in the Pavement damage category by Stig O The Dump at 06:09, Friday 31 March 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4379786.

The contractor building the new homes here is frankly appalling.

Absolutely no effort is being made to properly manage the works around the pavement and verge which have been left severely damaged and covered in mud.

Is there a proper construction management plan in place and why isn't it being followed?

As a very minimum the site should have been properly hoarded and the pavement either closed or protected.

Please pass this on to both Highways and Planning Enforcement. Thank you
