Lane next to 104 Coronation Avenue

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4380108.

There is a public footpath that goes down the side of 104 Coronation Avenue and as you walk down it there are weeds/brambles coming from the property with chainlink fence coming out onto the pavement area obstructing it. The area is also full of discarded rubbish.
