Vehicle has broken down on the pavement and says awaiting recovery for two months. Causes issues for the bus stop located near by. Buggies and wheelchair users struggle to get past

We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as an abandoned vehicle as it stands at present.
