Nuisance A-Board at the bottom of Prior Park Road

An A-Board advertising Bath Botanical Gin Distillery (1a Prior Park Rd) is parked in front of The White Hart Inn, which is around the corner from their own premises. Lately it has been positioned immediately outside the frontage of The White Hart, bang at the corner of the building, facing parallel to Prior Park Road. It is directly obstructing free passage of pedestrians trying to turn the corner. This side of Prior Park Road pavement is already precarious on its own due to its narrowness (1m+), unevenness and gradient, especially for those with pushchairs, shopping carts, mobility aids, etc, and such a nuisance A-Board is the last thing we need. My own four-legged companions are also weary of it and we are now made to walk around it, forcing me down to the carriageway. The Gin Distillery already has another A-Board (broken half) outside their business and I don't understand why they are allowed to (1) have a second one and (2) place it away from their facade.
