Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4388467.

Water is coming out of the drain and running down the road. This is in the centre of the village next to a busy pavement used by school children walking to the secondary school and primary school. Also people walking to the GP Surgery. Pedestrians are being splashed by cars driving through the flowing water on the road next to the pavement
