Large tree pushing wall, overhanging house

Hi,

I live at 18 Milward Road.

Opposite the house is a small green with a large tree right on the edge of it. It appears to be pushing the wall forward and a large crack has appeared and could fall over

The roots have also raised the pavement in front of the house and when I reverse my car out the car now scrapes the floor where it has been raised by the tree roots

The branches are hanging over the house and could cause a issue. Worrying about the gutters getting clogged from leaves as well
