Missing Post on new Cycle Lane

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4425890.

The start island (City Bound) has two bollards, one is missing and has been since January. {Council ref: 4127975 refers whiuch is shown complete}.

The concrete base shows signs of impact damage so I assume that is why the post is missing and needs replacement. I have also highlighted (by email) the approach Lane Markings need review as there is still NO advanced warning signs or direction arrow to indictae this obstruction to normal traffic!
