Cycle wands missing from block

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4431151.

The block to indicate the start of the cycle lane on UBR has had both wands removed and therefore may cause damage to cyclists or cars as will be unseen in the dark.
