At the junction of Upper Bristol Road and St Johns Road, on the citybound side of the road.

Reported via desktop in the Manhole & drain cover damage category by Dick Hemming at 09:14, Mon 17 April 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4448932.

An access panel, possibly a fire hydrant cover, has sunk below the road surface. It has been in this state for some time and is getting deeper. It's more than 40mm deep. I drive around it to avoid the possibility of damage to the wheels and tyres of my car.
