New post makes it impossible for pass in a wheelchair

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 17:37, Monday 17 April 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4452372.

Following damage to the railings and lamppost / road sign on the junction at the end of 2022, a new road sign has been erected in the very middle of the narrow pavement.

As a wheelchair user, it is / will be now impossible for me to travel safely from London Road / London Street onto the Paragon. This is due to no other dropped curves or safe crossings.

What is the resolution here? Happy to discuss.
