Two loose pavement slabs outside Tesco Expreee.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4455297.

One smaller slab in pavement is dangerously loose and also large kerb stone projecting up badly - both dangerous as trip factors. Right outside Tesco Express.
