Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4462201.

I originally reported this when I first moved into Green park a couple of years ago. I was advised to contact the DVLA who weren't interested as it's not on a public highway. The bike has a cover on it & hasn't been moved for more than 18 months. Weeds are growing under it. It has clearly been abandoned but no one seems to want to take responsibility
