Pavement in poor condition

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4490595.
Pavement in poor condition with uneven surface and loose materials and difficult to push prams and wheelchairs smoothly. HGV are parking on this 10m stretch that blocks access to the pavement, creates a hazard for travelling vehicles on the A37 and causing continuous damage to path and facilities covers. Please address the path leading to a local shop and homes, then find a solution to stop heavy vehicles parking here thus stopping any recurrence of this problem
