I moved to the new estate 8 years ago linden homes former Mardons factory midsomer Norton. My contract clearly states shrubs and trees would be replaced and weeded etc to all verges as required and regularly soil turned over. I.m told today that BAINES now have control of these areas for a number of years. Why are they not maintained. As for a modern site it's appalling. And are you breaking a contract deal I have signed and sealed saying these would be maintained on a regular bases?
