12" wide gash in the tarmac surface

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 days, 16 hours, 24 minutes later. Council ref: 4521772.

The gash needs repairing as it is a safety hazard to cyclists. I have previously reported it. Went to Transport, they passed it to PROW. Why?! It's either Transport or Parks Can we stop working in silos, decide who is responsible and get it fixed?
