On going reported issue with drains & flooding road & pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4533830.
On going reported drainage issue and water not draining away. Drains need clearing out and gutters need cleaning.
Crossing point to park gutters growing weeds not helping. Please as this has been reported so many times before with the promise of "world planned" for years and no work has taken place or even come and cleaned the drains.

Still nothing done on this issue, flooding no access to houses 27 and 28 and everyone has to walk out into the road. Plus drainage needs to be fixed and replaced. this has been going on for years and nothing has been done to fix this.
