Graffiti on corner of Broad and Saracen Streets

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4544245.

The grafitti has been here for a few years now. The council has refused to do anything about it, but this issue is negatively affecting all the businesses in that area, and is an eyesore in a UNESCO-world heritage city. If the council doesn't want to remove it themselves, they should at least contact the owner of the listed property to get it removed.
