Road surface and potholes on this road are dangerous. There is an access cover that is developing a very bad hole

The road surface has deteriorated notably this year. The surfacing cover that was put down only 5 or 6 years ago has lifted in many places all along Church Road, but the area seen in the attached photos are becoming a lot worse. I reported this to the Village Council a while ago but nothing has been done.
