What has happened to the booking system at Recycling centre?

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4555512.

I had a booking for 11am today at the Recycling Centre. I had to join a queue by the old Argos Site at 11. Very slow to progress around the corner. There was no member of staff checking that people had a booking. On departing there were 12 vehicles waking in the queue. It's as if people are turning up without a booking..What a shower!
