Marlborough Lane (full length)

Reported via mobile in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 08:15, Wed 17 May 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4563852.

Following the recent traffic alterations on Upper Bristol Road, all of the following have disappeared from Marlborough Lane: (1) prominent "20 MPH" road markings, both directions; (2) "20 MPH" speed restriction signs, both directions. We understand that the Council has little interest in speed enforcement, but since their disappearance, Marlborough Lane has become like a race track again, speeds over 40 mph are common.
